Candi Returns & Exchanges Policy

What You Need to Know:

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Clearance items are final sale – no return or exchange allowed.
• We DO NOT have reverse pick-up facility
• Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
• Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Use only trackable courier services. Candi will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
• Items not received by Candi will be treated as not returned.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at support@mycandi.in or WhatsApp us at +91 86509 47531 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos of the product and mention your Order ID.
3. State your reason for return/exchange and what you’d like in exchange (size/style).
4. Once approved, you will be asked to send the item to our Returns Hub (address below).
5. We will process return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving the return from your side
6. If the desired size or style is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days.

Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?

Oh no! If we made a mistake (it happens!), email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos. After review, send the product back to us and we’ll ship you a fresh piece – on us!
