1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.mycandi.in, you agree to these Terms. Changes will be posted here.

2. Eligibility

You must be ≥18 years old. Orders constitute binding contracts.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product colors/fabrics may vary slightly due to lighting, editing, or screen settings.
• Prices exclude taxes (no GST charged).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock or pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 COD Specifics

• Unpaid COD Orders: Refused doorstep delivery will lead to return shipping added to the next order. COD option permanently revoked after 1 refusal.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is free across India, except for select addresses or remote locations where additional charges may apply.
• Dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery may take 3–7 working days depending on the location.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

6. Returns & Exchanges

See our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Key terms:

• Prepaid Orders: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping will be done by the customer. Return shipping cost + 2% bank charges are non-refundable.
• COD Orders (Paid): Eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping will be done by the customer. Return shipping cost + 2% bank charges are non-refundable. 
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
• No refunds will be issued in case returned items are received in damaged condition, used, or without original packaging/tags. In such cases, you can request the product to be shipped back to you at your own cost.
• Unpaid COD orders refused at delivery: Treated as post-shipment cancellation. Future orders will include return shipping. COD option disabled permanently.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, photos, and designs © CANDI.
• Tagging #CANDIchronicles gives us permission to repost your content with credit.

8. User Conduct

Prohibited: Fraudulent chargebacks, misuse of discounts or COD, harassment, reverse-engineering our website or code.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• COD fees and 2% bank charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
• In case of any disputes, the maximum liability of CANDI is limited to your order value or ₹5,000 (whichever is lower).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CANDI harmless from any loss or legal claim resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate user accounts for policy violations.

12. Governing Law

• All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Agra courts, Uttar Pradesh.
• Mandatory mediation required before initiating litigation.

13. Meta Ads & Third-Party Compliance

• We follow Meta’s Advertising Guidelines for all promotions.
• We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites linked from ours (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp).

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, technical failures).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates implies acceptance.
