💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • 🎁 Free shipping on all orders
  • ❌ COD not available for some locations or users based on past behavior or risk factors (e.g., frequent COD refusals)
  • 🚫 If a COD order is refused, return shipping will apply, and COD may be permanently disabled for future orders

  • For remote or special zones, actual shipping charges may apply as per courier service
  • Do not accept a tampered or empty package
  • Inspect your parcel before signing or receiving
  • 3 delivery attempts will be made; failure to receive will result in return. Reshipping cost is borne by customer
  • Delivery guarantee is based on courier’s T&Cs
  • Mismatch in address or name may lead to delivery issues

✏️ Can I Edit My Address?

  • You may change your shipping address only before your shipping confirmation email is sent
  • To do this, email us at support@mycandi.in within 2 hours of placing your order
  • Once shipped, no changes can be made
