Candi Refund Policy

We keep things fair and fabulous at Candi. If your return is within our 7-day return window and meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

🔄 Refund Breakdown

• 💳 Prepaid Orders:
  • ✅ Good Condition? Full refund to original payment method minus 2% bank charges
  • 🚫 Refused Delivery? Return shipping cost + 2% bank charges will be deducted
• 📦 Paid COD Orders:
  • ✅ Good Condition? Refund via secure payment link minus 2% bank charges
  • 🚫 Refused Delivery? Return shipping + 2% bank charges will be deducted. One refusal will result in COD being disabled on your account

We initiate eligible refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Important: Depending on your bank, refund reflection can take 5–7 business days after initiation. In some rare cases—such as bank holidays, third-party delays, or technical processing lags—it may take slightly longer.

Disclaimer: Candi is not liable for any delay in refund credit caused by your bank or intermediaries. Please contact your bank if the refund has not reflected after 7 working days from our confirmation.

• Items with removed tags, stains, tears, or signs of use
• Washed, worn, or altered items
• Returns missing original packaging or labels
• Refused deliveries after 2 failed attempts — considered final sale
